Doug is Director, Commercial Industries. He has over
20 years of diversified accounting, auditing and financial
management experience with a variety of businesses. His audit
experience includes Big 4 audit and Fortune 500 internal audit, as
well as extensive experience providing internal audit services to a
variety of companies across a number of commercial industries.
Doug has extensive internal audit and Sarbanes
Oxley experience. He also has significant experience in financial
team leadership, structuring and building finance organizations in
growing companies, merger and acquisition analysis, financial
restructuring, developing alternative financing strategies,
turnaround and crisis management, treasury and cash management,
budgeting, strategic planning and developing and implementing
internal control and accounting systems.
Prior to joining Accume Partners, Doug served as
Chief Financial Officer for a top tier IBM mid-range computer
systems/enterprise software distribution company, as well as for an
international internet marketing services company. Doug also served
as Vice President and Treasurer for a market leading national
laundry services company (former wholly owned subsidiary of ARAMARK
Corporation).
He is a member of The Institute of Internal
Auditors. Doug is a graduate of Rutgers University (B.A. in
Accounting).
