Glenn is a Managing Director and has over 20 years of financial, operational and risk management experience in the financial services industry. He has extensive experience in SOX, SSAE16, internal audit, external audit, operational and technical reviews, as well as evaluating, designing and implementing controls to mitigate risks. Glenn's broad experience also includes compliance, interest rate, liquidity, credit, market and operational risk management with respect to the safety and soundness of domestic and foreign financial institutions. Glenn is responsible for the overall operations and growth of the Upstate New York and New England Region and for ensuring the quality delivery of services to clients.

Prior to Accume, Glenn was the COO for Credit Suisse within the Global Derivatives Trading Group where he helped develop and implement a broad range of strategic, operational and risk management programs in a complex derivatives trading environment. Previous to that, Glenn was a Senior Manager in KPMG's Risk and Advisory Services practice focused on the financial services and insurance industries.

Included in his prior experience, Glenn has led several governance, risk and policy-related programs for a Fortune 50 financial services company. The programs included performing a current state assessment, development of a three-year strategic plan, policy and standards rationalization and development of an organizational model.  These programs included the design of a Risk and Compliance Management Dashboard linked to the organization's operational and compliance risks and design and implementation of an integrated risk and compliance management process. He has designed and implemented a series of targeted risk management initiatives for one of the world's largest diversified financial institutions. This included implementation of a common risk management framework and process, supported by a software-based automated risk and control self assessment system, with a phased deployment to over 100 countries. He has also managed multiple global Sarbanes Oxley assessments for a Fortune 50 company and served as the interim Director of IT Audit for a major financial institution where he set a three-year IT audit and plan and led execution for audits surrounding IT governance, security, asset management and trade operations.

Glenn is a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and a Certified Information Security Auditor (CISA). He is a member of the Information Systems Audit and Control Association and American Management Association (ISACA). Glenn is affiliated with the Financial Management Society (FMS), National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD), and the National Investment Company Association (NICSA).  Glenn is a graduate of Bernard M. Baruch College (BBA, Economics) and New York University (MBA, Management Information Systems).
