Nicole Lloyd is Managing Director for the Mid-Atlantic
Region and has over 20 years diversified internal audit
experience with a speciality in the financial services industry.
She has significant expertise in all aspects of compliance with the
documentation and testing requirements of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of
2002. Nicole's internal audit expertise in banking
includes all aspects of retail operations, lending, finance and
accounting, compliance auditing, performing audit risk assessments
and developing audit programs.
In her role as Managing Director, Nicole is responsible for
overseeing all Accume client relationships in Pennsylvania,
Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, Delaware and the District of
Columbia. In this capacity, she meets regularly with the Boards,
Audit Committees and executive management of financial institution
and commercial clients, as well as with their regulators and
external accountants. She is an active participant at state bank
associations meetings and events and serves on the planning
committee for the annual audit conferences of the Pennsylvania
Association of Community Bankers.
Prior to Accume, Nicole was a former audit manager of a $2.4
billion bank, where she was responsible for managing all areas of
audit.
Nicole is a Certified Public Accountant in Pennsylvania, a
Certified Financial Services Auditor and a Certified Trust
Examiner. She is a member of the Pennsylvania Institute of
Certified Public Accountants, American Institute of Certified
Public Accountants, the Institute of Internal Auditors (Second Vice
President 1998), the Information Systems Audit and Control
Association, and the National Association of Financial Services
Auditors. She is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh at
Johnstown (B.A.).
