Jennifer L. Boyle

Jennifer Boyle is the Managing Director of Human Resources  based in the firm’s Moorestown, NJ headquarters. Jenn has over a decade of experience in human resource management, personnel administration, and business development.

Prior to joining Accume Partners, Jenn was the human resources manager at AIG where she handled employee relations for over 700 employees. Previously, she worked in similar capacities for Cergence, Inc. and Arthur Andersen. Jenn has extensive experience with policies and procedures, payroll and benefits administration, billing, employee training, dispute resolution, and mentoring/coaching.

Jenn is a graduate of Rosemont College with a B.S. in human resources management
