Larry J. Esposito

Managing Director - Insurance Industry Practice

Larry Esposito is managing director of the firm’s insurance industry practice. He has over 25 years insurance industry and consulting experience with expertise in internal auditing, risk management, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, and financial management.

Previously, Larry served as managing consultant for Deloitte & Touche’s Enterprise Risk Services, Capital Markets Practice, where he provided specialty consulting risk management services to the insurance and investment management industries. His projects included Sarbanes-Oxley readiness and control assessments in various functional areas.

Prior to Deloitte, Larry was Senior Principal Consultant in IBM/PwC’s Insurance Industry Business Consulting Financial Management Solutions Practice. There he managed engagements for life, property and casualty, multi-line and reinsurance clients ranging from financial functional redesign to ERP implementation.

Earlier in his career, Larry held senior managerial and officer-level positions in finance, internal audit, and insurance operations for three major insurance companies.

Larry is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Management Accountant. He holds a master’s degree in finance from Fordham University and a bachelor of science degree from the University of Dayton.
