Christopher J. Janis

Chris Janis is Managing Director based in the firm’s Moorestown, NJ headquarters where he is responsible for national business development efforts. He has 20 years of corporate and entrepreneurial expertise, with extensive experience in strategic planning, operational reviews, restructuring, strategic divestitures, and business model evaluation. His industry experience includes manufacturing, technology, e-commerce and telecommunications.

Previously, Chris was vice president and chief financial officer at both global and public companies and early-stage private entities. His accomplishments include completing a rights offering from a Hong Kong-based shareholder group, leading and executing a management buyout of the Furst Group and achieving a 125 percent increase in profitability within the first quarter of an executed turnaround plan. Earlier in his career, he was an auditor at Coopers & Lybrand, where his focus was on emerging-growth enterprises and mergers and acquisitions. He also served as a litigation consultant at Deloitte & Touche.

Chris is a certified public accountant in Pennsylvania and holds memberships in the AICPA, PICPA, and NJCPA. He received a master's in business administration from St. Joseph's University and a bachelor's degree in accounting and finance from LaSalle University.
