Nicole Lloyd

Nicole Lloyd is Managing Director of the firm’s Pennsylvania office with responsibility for managing internal auditing, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, and related engagements for banking institutions in central Pennsylvania. Nicole has over 15 years of diversified internal audit experience with a specialty in the financial services sector and extensive experience with Sarbanes-Oxley documentation and testing requirements.

Prior to joining Accume Partners, Nicole was audit manager for a $2.4 billion bank where she gained significant expertise in all aspects of internal audit within banking operations, including audit risks assessments and audit program development.

Nicole is a Certified Financial Services Auditor, a Certified Trust Examiner, and a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Pennsylvania. She is a member of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the National Association of Financial Services Auditors, the Information Systems Audit and Control Association, and the Institute of Internal Auditors where she held the office of Second Vice President.

Nicole holds a bachelors degree from the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown.
