David Moran

David Moran is Director of the firm’s education practice. He has over 25 years of experience serving banking and higher education institutions, including Seton Hall University, St. Joseph’s University, Swarthmore College, University of Pennsylvania, Duke University, Philadelphia University, and the University of Scranton. with Coopers & Lybrand and IBM Global Consulting.

As vice president for IBM Global Consulting, Dave was responsible for development and management of the education industry practice, serving higher education and K-12 clients. He provided colleges and universities with strategy, ERP systems integration, business transformation (BPR), professional development, and e-business services. Previously, he was the partner in charge of the Coopers & Lybrand Atlantic region’s productivity improvement practice serving the education, financial services, manufacturing, telecommunications, energy, and government industries.

A graduate of Loyola College, Dave co-authored BreakPoint Business Process Redesign, one of the first books on business process reengineering, which incorporated strategy confirmation, competitive analysis, voice of the customer, benchmarking, best practices, change management, systems integration, and process redesign into one seamless strategy for dramatic business performance improvements.
