Norbert Nowicki
Managing Director
Norbert J. Nowicki, Jr. is Accume Partners’ Managing Director of the
Systems and Technology Practice. He has over 30 years’ experience in strategic planning and delivery of advanced technology solutions that meet complex business, financial, and competitive client needs. He has worked on major enterprise architectures and business process transformations at Fortune 500 companies in a variety of industries in the industrial, educational, communications and entertainment, and the banking and financial-services sectors, and in the public sector for the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI).
Prior to joining Accume Partners, Norbert was a senior partner for New Madison Avenue, a virtual technology consulting firm with responsibility for leading the client engagement cycle from defining scope to providing services and producing deliverables, including e-commerce implementation and developing business and technology strategies, roadmaps, and implementation plans.
Previously, Norbert was global partner and executive director for Sun Microsystems responsible for managing the strategic alliance with Deloitte Consulting with a focus on marketing technical solutions, including establishing a and launching the Center for Technology Governance and Compliance.
Norbert’s additional senior management experience includes senior partner for Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC), vice president of information systems for Viacom Corporation group, and practice leader for the US Sales Organization Solutions Group. In these roles, he gained significant experience and expertise in business transformation; project management; process architecture; internet design, development and e-strategy; quality assurance for the CIO function; and workflow and process redesign.
A graduate of Niagara University, Norbert has a Bachelors degree and has completed MBA program courses at the University of Southern Illinois. He received Computer World Honors, in 2002, for Virtual Business Community Framework.
