Elizabeth D. Sampath

General Counsel

Elizabeth Sampath is Accume Partners’ general counsel responsible for all legal matters at the firm.  Liz has more than 20 years of experience in corporate, technology, employment, and commercial law matters. 

Previoulsy, Liz was corporate counsel at Blank Rome LLP, where she handled intellectual property law, commercial transactions, and licensing and technology matters. Liz also served as enterprise counsel at Bell Atlantic Corporation (now Verizon Corporation), where she handled a wide range of matters involving corporate, contract, commercial, and employment law.  Liz has served as faculty member for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute and has authored several articles on technology and licensing issues.

A member of the American Bar Association, Liz works pro bono for the Pennsylvania Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts.  She is admitted to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Bar, and graduated from Rutgers University School of Law with a juris doctor degree.
