Our Executive Team

Michael Barrack

Chief Executive Officer

As Managing Director of IT Risk and Compliance Services, Michael Barrack provides IT security and risk and compliance consulting services for community financial institution clients across the United States. With more than 25 years of serving community Banks in Southern California, Michael brings a keen understanding of how our clients use technology to support the business, and what the regulators expect of Banks and Credit Unions as it relates to IT- related compliance.

Having been the accountable Executive in IT regulatory examinations as both a banker and service provider to Banks and Credit Unions, he has the experience and insight to know how best to prepare for and respond to such exams, which the Risk and Compliance team has incorporated in its offerings and consulting services.

Previously, Barrack served as Chief Executive Officer at iPay Technologies, LLC, a Kentucky-based bill payment processing company where he led the company through a period of explosive growth, tripling revenue and increasing profitability and the client base of community banks and credit unions substantially. A veteran to the banking industry, Barrack has led technology and compliance efforts at financial institutions over the course of his career including East West Bank, where he served as Director of Information Systems, and Community Bank, in which he led the Information Technology Group as Chief Information Officer.

Barrack resides in Henderson, Nevada and holds a Masters of Business Administration at University of California, Los Angeles. He received his undergraduate degree at Carleton College, graduating Magna Cum Laude.

Cindy Jablonsky

Chief Product Officer

Cindy is the Chief Product Officer at Accume Partners. She has over 30 years of experience serving clients in the financial services industry. Cindy is recognized for her extensive knowledge of auditing standards, enterprise risk management practices, practical business operations experience and a collaborative approach to service delivery excellence. Cindy has written articles and contributed to several professional networks on topics including audit, controls, risk, fraud, compliance, forensic analysis, and talent. Cindy has served as a trusted advisor to Boards, Audit Committees, Executive Leadership and Government Agencies. She has contributed to the development of banking regulations and professional models for both domestic and international governing agencies.

Prior to joining Accume in December of 2016, Cindy held senior leadership positions with Citigroup, Deloitte LLP and JPMorgan Chase. Cindy is a graduate of St. John’s University, New York.

Fred Nitting

Managing Director

Fred is Managing Director and leader of Accume’s NY Region with over 35 years of experience in both Professional Services (Big 4 and Consulting) and Private Industry. He is a hands-on executive with a broad-based knowledge of entire banking operations who has successfully delivered small- and large-scale engagements while affecting positive change in the areas of internal control, operations and risk management, corporate governance, financial systems and reviews and reporting. His expertise includes building, restructuring and leading teams, nurturing internal and external relationships and addressing challenging issues. In his role, Fred is responsible for overseeing all Accume client relationships in NY and meeting regularly with the Board of Directors, Audit Committees, Audit Committee Chair and executive management.

Nicole Lloyd

Managing Director

Nicole is a Managing Director of our Mid-Atlantic Region and has over 25 years of diversified internal audit experience with a focus on the financial services industry. She has extensive experience managing internal audit and overseeing internal audit plans, internal audit programs and audit workpapers. Nicole’s internal audit experience in banking includes all aspects of retail operations, lending, finance and accounting, compliance auditing, performing audit risk assessments and developing audit programs. She also assists clients with preparation for compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002 and their ongoing SOX testing and reporting.

In her role as Managing Director, Nicole is responsible for overseeing all Accume client relationships in Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, Delaware and the District of Columbia. In this capacity, she meets regularly with the Board of Directors, Audit Committees, Audit Committee Chair and executive management of financial institutions clients, as well as with their regulators and external auditors. She is an active participant in state banking associations and professional associations.
